Does anyone know ... ?
Vernon Eliot was the regular left-winger for Rovers from the start of the 1969/70 season until he was forced to retire through injury in July 1982.
Neville Jones took over the left-wing position in January 1984. Does anyone know who was the regular occupant of the Number 11 shirt between Vernon's retirement and Neville's arrival?

Re: Does anyone know ... ?
Thanks for that info, Dioxide. That reminds me of another question that I have to ask.
Which players regularly wore the famous Number 9 shirt while Roy was recovering after being shot ('81-82) and while he was playing for Walford ('83)?

Re: Does anyone know ... ?
I seem to remember Vic Guthrie wearing it after Roy had been shot. It was controversially given to him by Sir Alf as Guthrie was one of the suspects.
I'm pretty sure Rob Richards was #9 whilst Roy was at Walford as he was dubbed "Rob of the Rovers"
