wants and sales to complete my collection
hi all. trust me to have a first post in the sales section.
anyway i'm after the following annuals to complete my collection.
1961, 1962, 1966, 1970, 1976, 1977.
must be in fair condition (not worried about being clipped or any internal puzzles completed) ideally still fully bound.
willing to pay the going rate (guidline prices)
i have the following albums to sell/trade
1986, 1991, 1993, 1959.
all in good to fair condition and pictures avaliable on request.

welcome to the 'Talk In'! I hope you'll join us in the main chat area as well. Regarding your wants, are they Tiger or RoTR, I'm sure one of us can help you out?
If it is the 1976/1977 RoTR annuals you are after then they weren't produced in those years due to the launch of the comic in Sept 1976.

thanks for the reply. i'm aftr thr RoTR annuals mainly.
didn't know that 76/77 annuals were not done due to the launch of the comic.

I understand you are a comic collector and wondered if you would be interested in 217 copies of Roy of the Rovers from the dates 27.10.79 to the 17.3.84. They are in good condition.

Hi,
My name is Mika, I'm a designer at The Chase in Manchester. We are currently working on a highly confidential project (which will be revealed next year) involving great british comics and we wondered if any of you could help?
We need to photograph an early copy of Tiger comic. Ideally issue 1, but if not (it's a long shot!) preferably from between 1954-1957 or close to. We require it to be the same size/format as issue 1.
We don't mind if we buy a comic from a collector, loan/borrow or visit the collector to photograph the comic at it's current location. We understand the precious nature of such items and so are flexible on how we gain the photograph. We do, however, require our own commissioned photographer to take the photograph.
If there is any chance anyone could help, then they will most definitely be credited for it and all will be revealed soon.
