Football Picture Story Specials
Hi ORM1.
Regarding Football Picture Story Specials mentioned in previous post I've not seen any of these Specials on EBay.
The United story about Brian Baxter called Search for a Striker. Terry Evans gets injured and United need a Striker and choose between Baxter & Saunton both of Oldcastle.
Can you give a basic story line for us please.
Then there's the stories from the two specials:
First one with John Aldridge on cover:
Kid Cox, Men and Boys, Stark The Beginning, The Blues and The Million Pound Man.printed 1988
Second One:
The Blues, Stark, United, Kid Cox, The Big Match and Action Replay. Printed 1989
Can you give us the story lines for each of them please?
That would be fantastic.

I have put the second Picture story monthly special back on ebay as I have scanned the United story so I put it back out there for others to enjoy. I sold the one with John Aldridge on the cover a few weeks ago. I will have a look before it sells and try and give you more detailed story lines
